In this role, you will combine deep Power BI expertise with strong consulting judgment, executive presence, and delivery leadership. You will guide clients from strategy and discovery through solution design, development, deployment, governance, and adoption. You will translate ambiguous business needs into scalable analytics products that support better decisions and sustainable ways of working with data.

You will work closely with client executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, account leaders, and consultants across phData. You will also help shape Power BI delivery standards, reusable accelerators, enterprise adoption approaches, and the continued growth of the Analytics practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Power BI engagements and workstreams, including planning, discovery, requirements, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, enablement, and adoption.
  • Establish the overall technical approach, solution architecture, backlog, delivery sequence, and quality standards for scalable Power BI solutions.
  • Design and develop Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, data products, and self-service analytics experiences that are intuitive, performant, governed, and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Apply strong practices in dimensional modeling, DAX, Power Query, SQL, data visualization, metric definition, and performance optimization.
  • Connect Power BI solutions to enterprise data warehouses, data marts, lakehouses, semantic models, and other analytical data structures.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and delivery teams; establish a high bar for quality, usability, maintainability, and client value.
  • Contribute to staffing plans, utilization planning, delivery planning, workstream budgets, estimates, and overall project performance.
  • Partner with account and practice leaders on discovery, proposals, solution shaping, estimates, and expansion opportunities that deepen client value and support Analytics practice growth.
  • Develop reusable Power BI accelerators, frameworks, templates, enablement materials, and points of view that improve delivery consistency and market impact.
  • Support backlog development and ongoing enhancement of analytics solutions after initial implementation.

About You

You are a client-focused analytics leader who enjoys solving complex data problems and creating practical, well-designed solutions. You bring strong technical judgment and can move comfortably between business strategy, analytics architecture, hands-on Power BI development, executive conversations, and team leadership.

You are comfortable leading through ambiguity, influencing without authority, and operating in distributed, global teams. You communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences and are energized by helping organizations establish sustainable, value-oriented ways of working with data.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant experience delivering data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization solutions in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of analytics architecture, data modeling, metric definition, visualization design, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear analytical requirements and communicate recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication, facilitation, project leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for learning and applying new technologies, techniques, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications help candidates stand out but are not required for success in this role.

  • Experience scaling Power BI across an enterprise, including governance, operating models, adoption, performance, platform optimization, and change enablement.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification, such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Snowflake, Tableau, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, Matillion, Dataiku, Coalesce, or similar modern data and analytics technologies.

Security Head of Security at Snorkel AI

Lead and build Snorkel's security function end-to-end, including infrastructure, application, and compliance, while hiring and scaling the security team.

Lead Posted about 6 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About Snorkel

Snorkel AI is the frontier AI data lab, helping teams build the data and environments behind high-performing frontier and agentic AI. We combine technology with research-driven AI data development to create datasets, benchmarks, evals, and custom solutions for real-world AI systems. Founded out of the Stanford AI Lab in 2019, Snorkel works with leading AI labs and enterprises to move from better data to better outcomes.

Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About The Role

Snorkel is hiring a Head of Security to build and lead our security function end-to-end — infrastructure security, application security, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC). You’ll own the security function end-to-end — strategy, team, and execution — and operate as the primary security voice with customers, auditors, and the exec team. You’ll report to the CTO.

This is a builder’s role: you’ll take security from its current state to a mature, right-sized function as Snorkel scales, hiring and developing the team as needs grow.

Key Responsibilities

Security Leadership & Team Building

  • Define Snorkel’s overall security strategy, goals, and roadmap across infrastructure, application, and compliance domains
  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing security organization — starting lean and scaling deliberately as the company and its risk surface grow
  • Establish the operating cadence for security (metrics, reporting, incident response, risk register) and represent security posture to the executive team and board

Infrastructure & Cloud Security

  • Own cloud security architecture and posture across AWS (and other cloud providers as adopted) — IAM, network segmentation, encryption, landing zone design
  • Direct detection & response capabilities, threat modeling, and vulnerability management programs
  • Set standards for secure infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and secrets management

Application Security

  • Embed security into the product development lifecycle — secure design reviews, threat modeling for new features, and AI/ML-specific risks (data protection, model/prompt security, training pipeline integrity)
  • Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to build security into the SDLC without blocking velocity
  • Own application security tooling and practices (SAST/DAST/SCA, pen testing, bug bounty)
  • Design identity, access, and activity-monitoring controls that correctly handle Snorkel’s non-employee marketplace workforce — external contractor (1099 or similar) experts accessing the platform. This population isn’t in scope for standard employee compliance obligations, but provisioning, deprovisioning, access boundaries, and monitoring still need to work correctly for them

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

  • Build and run Snorkel’s compliance program (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer-driven frameworks) — own audits end-to-end
  • Establish enterprise risk management practices: risk register, third-party/vendor risk, policy framework
  • Serve as the primary security point of contact for customer security reviews and questionnaires

Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO and executive team on security risk and investment tradeoffs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to unblock enterprise deals and support customer trust requirements
  • Communicate security posture, incidents, and roadmap clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Who You Are

Experience & Leadership

  • 10+ years in technology security, including significant leadership experience; you’ve held director-level or above scope
  • Track record building and scaling a security function from a founding stage (team of ~1) through a mature org (10–30+), ideally at a high-growth technology company
  • Experience owning security budget, vendor selection, and board/exec-level reporting

Technical Depth

  • Deep expertise across infrastructure/cloud security (AWS, IAM, network security, encryption) and application security (SDLC integration, threat modeling, AppSec tooling)
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern security tooling: SIEM, EDR, CSPM, vulnerability management
  • Experience working with AI/ML-specific security risks (model security, data pipeline protection, prompt injection)

Governance & Compliance

  • Proven experience building and running compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent) from the ground up
  • Comfortable as the face of security to customers during security reviews/audits, and to auditors during certification cycles

General

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to flex between board-level summary and engineering-level depth

Why This Role

You’ll have meaningful ownership over the infrastructure that determines how quickly Snorkel can experiment with, evaluate, and productionize new AI systems. This isn’t a role focused on training a single model or maintaining traditional ML pipelines - you’ll build the platform that makes large-scale AI experimentation possible.

You’ll work on some of the hardest emerging infrastructure problems in AI: operating non-deterministic systems reliably, reproducing agent behavior across environments, evaluating long-running trajectories, scaling simulations and experiments, and turning rapidly evolving research workflows into robust production systems.

The architecture decisions made by this team will define how Snorkel builds and operates AI systems for years to come.

Snorkel is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. Snorkel embraces diversity and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Be Your Best at Snorkel

Joining Snorkel AI means becoming part of a company that has market proven solutions, robust funding, and is scaling rapidly—offering a unique combination of stability and the excitement of high growth. As a member of our team, you’ll have meaningful opportunities to shape priorities and initiatives, influence key strategic decisions, and directly impact our ongoing success. Whether you’re looking to deepen your technical expertise, explore leadership opportunities, or learn new skills across multiple functions, you’re fully supported in building your career in an environment designed for growth, learning, and shared success.

  • Continuously evolve our approach to meet customer needs — protecting ezCater’s market positioning through new strategic initiatives, fleet partnerships, and commercial deals that support network growth.
  • Establish clear, transparent success criteria for all partners so expectations are never ambiguous and partners are never surprised.
  • Drive rigorous analysis and project management to inform strategic decisions; understand and optimize the key levers that improve the delivery experience and core ezCater unit economics.
  • Measure the impact of every strategy you execute, using outcomes to fuel continuous improvement across the business.
  • Collaborate deeply with Customer & Restaurant Operations, Product & Engineering, Customer Service, and Growth teams — both as a consumer of their input and as a driver of insights they need to succeed.
  • Inspire your team to aim higher. Delivery is a demanding business; your leadership style will be the difference between a team that thrives under pressure and one that merely survives.

What You Have:

  • 7-10 years of relevant delivery, logistics, or fulfillment operations experience, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex partner networks.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills — you build trust quickly with both internal stakeholders and external commercial partners at all levels.
  • Proven data analytics skills and the ability to translate data into strategic action; comfortable with ambiguity and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
  • Experience mapping and innovating operational processes, with a bias toward automation, efficiency, and scalable systems.
  • Track record of leveraging cross-functional stakeholders to manage and execute high-impact, complex projects.
  • Technology orientation — comfortable working alongside Product & Engineering teams to shape platform capabilities, data integrations, and intelligent workflows.
  • Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence at the C-suite level.

  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

Project Management Engineering Manager at CircleCI

Engineering manager leading a web experiences team, responsible for people development, product delivery, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining high-trust team culture.

Lead Posted about 6 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Engineering Manager, Web Experiences

CI/CD has been solved. Now it’s being reinvented. AI agents don’t just run pipelines. They write code, trigger builds, interpret failures, and propose fixes. The interfaces that developers use to understand and trust that work don’t exist yet. We’re building them.

At CircleCI, our guiding principles aren’t posters on a wall. We learn fast: we run experiments, accept failure, and scale what works. We think like the customer: every decision connects back to the developer sitting in front of a failing build at 2 am. We own the outcome: not just our slice of it, but the whole thing. If that’s how you already work, you’ll fit here.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who will own the holistic user experiences where customers interact with CircleCI. They will play a critical role in shaping how customers perceive and adopt CircleCI, directly impacting retention and expansion.

This leadership role requires staying close to the work as you build a high-trust, highly competent, and cohesive team while delivering meaningful product improvements at startup speed.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is a people-management position focused on engineering strategy, team performance, and the development of engineers. Some of your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • People Development: Attract, onboard, and retain diverse top talent. Build psychological safety and trust within the team so engineers can take smart risks, give candid feedback, and do their best work. Develop people through coaching, mentoring, and management support. Conduct regular 1:1s, goal setting, and feedback conversations with engineers and support them in their career paths. Continuously work to improve inclusion and belonging.
  • Business Value Delivery: Ensure incremental value delivery and high-quality standards for the team while supporting strategic work in collaboration with partners in Design, Product, and Data. Balance speed with sustainability – we move fast, but we ship work we’re proud of. Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure engineering initiatives align with business objectives. For Web Experiences, this means staying connected to how customers actually use our product and translating those insights into team priorities.
  • Process and Collaboration: Maintain high levels of transparency and efficiency with other development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders. You’ll also be involved in broader organizational development and cross-team initiatives with the rest of our engineering management team.
  • Technical Enablement: AI-native engineering isn’t a nice-to-have on this team – you hold your engineers to that bar, use AI tools yourself to evaluate technical direction and pressure-test decisions, and help the team adopt practices that actually accelerate their work rather than just feel productive. Help grow the team’s expertise in frontend performance, reliability, and maintainable architecture. Champion the use of observability tools like Honeycomb and Datadog so operational data – not guesswork – drives technical decisions. You don’t need to write the ADR, but you make sure one gets written, you push back when the reasoning is weak, and you’re a credible tiebreaker when the team is split.

Who You Are

  • People Management: You have prior experience in a people management role. You know how to build cohesive teams where people trust each other and hold each other accountable. Bonus points if you have done so in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Delivery: You do not “boil the ocean” but prefer to deliver solutions incrementally, with experimentation and iteration along the way. You know modern software engineering practices and how to apply them to drive effective, timely, high-quality delivery. Experience with agile methodologies is an asset.
  • AI-Native Mindset: You haven’t waited for AI to mature, and you don’t let your team wait either. You can speak to how AI tools change what “shipping fast” actually means; you’ve formed real opinions on where they help and where they fall short; and you hold your engineers accountable for using them well – as part of how the team operates, not a bonus skill.
  • Technical Leadership: We don’t expect you to write or review code, but you’re technical enough to earn your team’s trust – you understand and question architecture decisions based on company goals, anticipate pitfalls, and are a credible tiebreaker when the team is split. You mentor engineers, give direct feedback on technical direction, and raise the quality bar through how you engage in reviews and design discussions, not just what you ship.
  • Communication: You believe in open and honest communication and work to cultivate this within the team and organization. You approach everything with an open mind and listen to different perspectives before determining a path forward.
  • Product Thinking: You bring product instincts to every decision by identifying what matters to developers, shaping priorities, and pushing back when a direction doesn’t serve the user.
  • Learning: You bring action orientation and seek to continuously improve the teams you work with. You excel in a culture centered on open communication, strong feedback, quick experimentation, blamelessness, and embracing failure to learn from it.
  • Remote Work: CircleCI is a remote-first company, and you should have experience leading and motivating a distributed team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing frontend-leaning full-stack teams: You have experience working on/leading teams - ideally with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, etc.). You can ask the right questions, spot quality issues, and raise the bar on frontend craft even if you’re not writing code daily.

Sound like you?

You’ve stopped waiting for AI to mature and are already building with it, not as a productivity trick, but as a core part of how you think about problems. You care about the product as much as the code. You’re drawn to work where the patterns don’t exist yet and the best answer requires you to invent it – and you’re ready to bring others along with you. If that’s how you already operate, we want to talk.

Canada Base Pay Range

$166,000—$207,750 CAD

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to apply. Learn more about our story and mission on our Culture and About Us pages. Let’s shape the future of customer engagement together!

The Role:

As Principal PMM, you’ll own the overarching AI and Orchestration Innovation narrative for Iterable, connecting individual capabilities into a single, compelling point of view on where AI-driven customer engagement is headed and why Iterable wins.

You’ll drive Iterable’s Tier 1 launches, our flagship releases that establish category leadership, earn analyst and press attention, and give the go-to-market org a unifying story to sell against. Key Responsibilities

Own the AI Narrative

  • Define and evolve Iterable’s overarching AI point of view, which is the connective story that links individual capabilities into a coherent AI story and why we win there.
  • Translate deep technical understanding of how our AI actually works (models, agentic workflows, data/orchestration architecture) into customer value that resonates with both practitioners and executives.

Craft Messaging

  • Craft bold, narrative-driven messaging and positioning that connects AI and orchestration innovation to tangible customer value.
  • Write the Tier 1 launch messaging for flagship AI releases, setting the story every other asset needs to ladder back to.
  • Review and give direction on launch content and campaigns across the team, ensuring every asset ladders back to the launch narrative rather than drifting into its own

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing research into AI market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to sharpen and stress-test Iterable’s AI point of view
  • Partner with product management to ensure the AI narrative reflects real market shifts and informs roadmap decisions

Adoption & Customer Success

  • Drive customer adoption and expansion of AI capabilities through lifecycle messaging and targeted enablement
  • Partner with customer marketing and CS on reference stories and case studies that prove out the AI narrative with real customers

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, including ownership of Tier 1 bundled product releases. Prior martech experience is a plus.
  • Experience marketing an AI-native or agentic product, or a platform transitioning from feature-based to AI-managed experiences
  • Exceptional storytelling: a track record of shaping the strategic “why” behind a launch and translating it into messaging that sells
  • Deep, genuine understanding of how AI works, including models, agentic systems, and data architecture, with the ability to translate that into clear, differentiated customer narratives
  • A genuinely AI-forward PMM who is redefining what product marketing looks like by using AI tools in creative, non-obvious ways across research, messaging, and content development
  • Executive presence: comfortable operating as a strategic peer to senior Product and GTM leaders, with sound independent judgment and limited need for oversight

Success Metrics:

  • Market awareness, pipeline, and revenue influence across Tier 1 release launches
  • Adoption and expansion of AI capabilities across the customer base
  • Executive and analyst recognition of Iterable’s AI point of view

Perks & Benefits:

  • Paid parental leave
  • Competitive salaries, meaningful equity, & 401(k) plan
  • Medical, dental, vision, & life insurance
  • Community Impact Days
  • Fertility & Adoption Assistance
  • Paid Sabbatical
  • Flexible PTO
  • Monthly Employee Wellness allowance
  • Monthly Professional Development allowance
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Complete laptop workstation

$172,000 - $230,000 is the US base salary range for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by the specific US work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. Product Staff Product Manager, SEO and AI Visibility - CANADA (Remote) at Luxury Presence

Staff Product Manager sets product strategy and owns the roadmap for SEO and AI visibility solutions across a platform serving 20,000+ real estate websites.

Lead Remote Posted about 6 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we’re a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the SEO and AI visibility solutions we build for our clients: more than 20,000 real estate websites that rank independently, each in its own market, with its own authority, its own competitors, and a real business depending on the outcome. This is not the SEO of a single corporate domain or one large marketplace. It is a platform product, where one change to a template, a schema implementation, or the way we render content moves thousands of domains at once.

The mandate is an excellent organic discovery platform: technical foundations, page experience, conversion, content, measurement, migrations, and experimentation. AI search is a growing part of that. Our clients are evaluated by Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and by every prospective seller who asks an assistant which agent they should call. The best people in this job design for three constituencies at once: the people who visit these sites, the crawlers and AI agents that read them, and the real estate business whose revenue depends on both.

This is not a job for someone who runs audits and hands recommendations to other people. You will set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and build the defaults, standards, and safeguards that make quality hold across the entire fleet. Most real estate professionals will never hire a technical SEO of their own. Our platform is how they get one.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform, including what clients can see, control, and get credit for
  • Own the technical foundations across every page type we generate: crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and page performance
  • Productize what repeats. When the same issue or workflow shows up across the fleet, solve it once through better defaults, automation, shared capabilities, or safeguards
  • Make our clients’ brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants, and define how we measure citations and visibility across answer engines
  • Run a real experimentation program: prove changes on representative cohorts of sites, establish incremental impact, then scale what works rather than shipping broadly and inferring impact afterward
  • Own migration quality and regression prevention, including the standards, acceptance criteria, and automated checks that hold search quality as the platform ships
  • Partner with the team building the next generation of our website platform so search is designed in from the start, and give every product team a low-friction path to the right implementation
  • Set platform-level goals for organic performance, AI visibility, and client outcomes, and report against them to leadership

Who You Are

  • 8+ years combined across SEO and product management, including 3+ years as a product manager shipping alongside engineering teams
  • You have owned search for a platform that hosts many independent customer domains, such as a website builder, a hosting or commerce platform, or a multi-location or franchise network. Running search for one large marketplace or corporate domain is valuable experience, but the fleet problem is a different job and it is the one we have
  • Deep technical foundation across rendering and JavaScript SEO, crawl and index management, information architecture, structured data, page performance, and migrations
  • You treat bots and AI agents as users of a website alongside people, and you design for both without trading one against the other
  • Obsessive about experimentation and measurement, including cohort testing, causal impact analysis, Search Console data at scale, log analysis, and the discipline to tell a result from a coincidence
  • A current point of view on AI search, including how models discover, interpret, and cite a brand, and the judgment to separate what genuinely moves visibility from what is repackaged advice
  • Fluent with AI as a working tool. You use it to investigate messy systems, establish ground truth quickly, prototype solutions, and unblock yourself rather than waiting on another team at every stage of discovery
  • You get requirements implemented by teams you do not own, and you are welcome back afterward. What you write is sharp enough that a team of engineers can move without waiting on you
  • Opinionated about prioritization. This space generates infinite work, and your judgment about what to ignore matters as much as what you ship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a website platform such as Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, or Duda
  • Experience with programmatic or template-driven SEO across large page inventories
  • Local and entity-driven search experience, since our clients compete market by market
  • Conversion and page experience work alongside acquisition, since traffic that does not convert does not help a client
  • Background in PropTech, real estate, or another B2B2C category where the platform’s job is to make its customers win
  • Experience building client-facing reporting or diagnostic tools for a non-technical audience

$150,000 - $180,000 a year

What this role involves

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one’s overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join Rula’s Patient Onboarding team, which owns the journey from a person’s first interaction with Rula through registration, insurance verification, and successfully getting started with care. You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, writing code while leading complex initiatives across product areas, improving the foundations our team builds on, and helping other engineers move faster through strong technical direction and modern AI-enabled development practices.

Our collaborative team moves quickly, works closely with Product, Design, and Analytics, and gives engineers meaningful ownership over both what we build and how we build it. This role offers the opportunity to improve a critical part of Rula’s patient experience while shaping the systems and engineering practices that help us connect more people to care.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience operating at Staff-level scope or leading complex initiatives across multiple teams or systems.

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience building and maintaining production web applications, with depth in modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.

  • Demonstrated experience leading technically complex projects from problem definition through design, implementation, launch, and production support.

  • Experience working on high-impact user journeys such as onboarding, checkout, registration, eligibility, payments, marketplaces, or other conversion-critical workflows.

  • Demonstrated experience influencing technical direction across functions or teams, including communicating tradeoffs and driving alignment with Product, Design, Data, or other engineering teams.

  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools (such as Claude Code) as part of regular engineering workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience building AI-powered engineering workflows, tooling, or automation that was adopted by others and measurably improved development speed or quality.

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or another regulated domain where reliability, privacy, and complex business rules materially influence system design.

  • Experience using product, operational, or funnel data to identify technical opportunities and evaluate whether engineering investments produced the intended outcome.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve engineering leverage across a small team through tooling, documentation, shared architecture, or reducing concentrated system knowledge

We’re serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:

  • 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)

  • Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States

  • Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA

  • 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future

  • Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)

  • Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Supporting your mental and physical health

  • Quarterly department stipend: Fun team-building activities or in-person gatherings

  • Community and employee resource groups: Participate in groups that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging for all

  • Home office stipend: New hire home office stipend & $50 monthly stipend to help cover internet or cell phone expenses

  • Wellness at Rula program: Year-round wellness initiatives and a $50/month wellness stipend

Our team

We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone.  We are dedicated to having a culture of inclusion that will support our employees in feeling safe, seen, heard, and valued.
